Under the direct supervision of the Senior Pastor, the Youth/Music Minister will serve as leading over the Youth Department, and also lead the music on Sunday mornings.
The Youth Department is steadily growing (we average 85+ kids). We just took 140 kids to camp. Primary job requirements will include planning and overseeing the Wednesday night youth meetings, planning youth events, planning and overseeing summer camp and serving our youth in any other form or capacity requested by the Senior Pastor.
Our church has (2) Sunday Morning services. As Minister of Music, you will be expected to choose the music and lead the praise team during these (2) services.
• A minimum of (4) years of experience is requested, but not required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
